Yes. Alto Mar is offered as one estate of approximately 23 acres across three legal parcels, and The Villa (approximately 10 acres) and The Ranch (approximately 13.45 acres) may also be considered individually. Christine La Bounty can walk you through both paths.

The Ranch has 5 interior stalls, 6 additional exterior uncovered stalls, a dedicated tack room, a riding arena and training area, multiple fenced turnout and grazing areas, 2 trailer parking areas with water hookups and a tie-up area with hitching post.
